Clarion Inn & Suites Across From Universal Orlando Resort

The room had two very comfortable queen beds. It was clean and spacious. We checked after 1 am and the desk attendant was very helpful, polite and courteous. It is located within walking distant of restaurants and Universal Studios. It was also only 15 minutes from the airport!

Our stay has been great and so far can’t beat a price on it. The hotel has so much to offer such as the Pool, hot tub, a Laundry Room, A Patio, Dine in Restaurant,a small cafe, a GYM, and a mini Gift Shop. FYI Please do keep in mind that they also offer Housekeeping services but you will have to call in before 9 A.M to request for the service. Another thing I do like about this hotel is that most places are nearby and can go on foot, you can even go to Universal Studios on foot as it’s just across the street. They also offer a shuttle that takes you to universal but for that you would have to ask the front desk for it first thing in the morning and it’s free of charge. They also have a Laundry Room but keep in mind that they charge $5 to Wash and $5 to Dry clothes and they don’t provide any detergent nor drying sheets so you would have to buy it yourself. The Rooms are great and comfortable to stay in. They have Air Conditioning to stay cool on the hot days and satellite tv to watch TV. One thing I would point out is the lock on the bathroom door didn’t work during our stay and I also noticed that the bathroom light would flicker when we turned off the lights. The GYM Was great and not bad at all but I will say that some of the equipment didn’t work such as one of the Treadmills and the Cycling treadmill, but overall, the GYM was great for those who like to workout. Overall, the hotel was amazing. despite the things I pointed out, I would definitely recommend this place whoever plans to travel to Orlando. SAFE TRAVELS EVERYONE!!!!!!

They were able to accommodate my early check-in request. The room was very clean. Plenty of towels. Not overly noisy considering how close it is to the highway. There was more noise from the pool. Check out was a breeze. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, as well as staff we passed on the property. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for a total of 5 nights over Columbus Day weekend and had a great experience checking in and checking out, while the rooms don't have a ton of amenities, for a room I averaged about 85 a night, I couldn't beat it. The location was awesome, as a majority of our trip was centered around Universal, the distance to CityWalk was about a 20-25 minute walk, which was fine by us. We did end up taking an Uber from the parks after long days, but it was only a couple bucks back and forth, and the ride only takes about 5 minutes. I didn't necessarily like the pillows as they were not as filled and lumpy, but my partner found them perfectly fine, the shower was nice, just beware as our specific shower was very slippery. Other than that, the room was clean and was perfect for park people like us, who just wanted a clean and quiet place to sleep. If you're looking for more of a resort like experience, I would suggest elsewhere, but we loved our time and would absolutely come back for the price of our room.

Location, location, location!! It was perfect for our universal trip. Plus going to other places was easy as well. The front counter let us do early check in when we arrived, they were extremely friendly and helpful explaining all about the resturants and the Cafe located inside the lobby. Our room was very clean and fully stocked. The price was perfecr for our wallet. This is our new favorite hotel when staying in Orlando..

Very clean rooms with all night security guard outside our building and a great location. The staff was extremely helpful and the parking was super easy. They do have a shuttle that you can book in advance for local parks but the Uber to Universal was $8 so that's what we did. I didn't take a dip in the pool but they do have one. I didn't like the pillows but again they were clean so it's really a matter of preference. The beds were very comfortable. It's an older hotel so sure some things could be updated but if that's why it's so affordable I say leave it. So is it the Ritz? No. But for the price point it's one I would definitely recommend.

Had a great and affordable stay. Staff were helpful, room was clean, on-site Cafe and Indian restaurant served good food, and extra linens and toiletries were provided upon request, parking was free. Shuttle to and from parks, or Uber for around $10. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 11 days and checked out today. Perfect location for universal with a free shuttle bus and only a 20/30 minute drive to Disney parks. Everything was amazing, Emma on the front desk took extra time to check our request that there be no feathers in the room due to my allergy. Beds are extremely comfortable, rooms are very clean and the pool is perfect for an evening dip after a day out. The staff in the tabla cafe and bar were so friendly and helpful. Harika especially was always so lovely! Ayu was also very kind and food was always delicious from the cafe or the restaurant. Will definitely be back again!
